Dr. Maurice Beer specializes in general internal medicine and functional medicine. He is an American Board of Internal Medicine certified internist and an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner. Dr. Beer has been in private practice since 1981 and is on staff at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Northwell Health-Lenox Hill Hospital.
Dr. Beer’s practice, Integrative Medical NY, provides both primary care and functional medicine services, approaching evaluation and diagnosis through a systems approach. His experience in internal medicine and advanced training in holistic and functional medicine provides a unique approach to the management of chronic health problems, complex multisystem disease, and preventive healthcare.
