Dr. Erika Jurasits comes from a background in Osteopathic medicine. Twenty years ago, she gave herself to the business of learning conventional medical technologies which she used extensively with her clients in an attempt to help them overcome a myriad of diseases. But the more she gave herself to helping them, the more frustrated she became as patient after patient returned to the office complaining of the same ailments she was trying to eradicate from their lives. That was when she went back to the drawing board and began to restudy a totally different approach to healing, going back to her Osteopathic roots, one that encompassed the premise that the body had an inherent ability to heal itself and should be dealt with as a whole instead of as individual parts.
