Dr. Gary A. Klingsberg is the Medical Director of the Center for Nutrition and Preventive Medicine.  He is Board Certified in Preventive, Occupational, and Environmental Medicine as well as Board Certified in Family Practice.

He received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and both his bachelor's degree in biology and his master's degree in nutrition from Columbia University.

Dr. Klingsberg has published research on human eating behavior which he conducted at the Obesity Research Center at St. Luke's Hospital in New York.  He was an American Medical Association Joseph A. Goldberger Scholar in Clinical Nutrition at Harvard's New England Deaconess Hospital.

Dr. Klingsberg is an Associate Professor of Public Health and Preventive Medicine and past Chairman of Clinical Nutrition at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He maintains hospital privileges at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck and is a member of several national and local medical societies.
